Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F(165 degrees C).  Grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.&lt;br /&gt;2. Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.&lt;br /&gt;3. Mediem bowl, cream together the melted butter, brown sugar and white sugar until weel blended.  Beat in Vanilla, egg and egg yok until light and creamy.  Mix in the sifted ingredients until just blended.  Stir in the chocolate chips by hand using a wooden spoon.  Drop Cookie dough 1/4 cup at a time onto the prepared cookie sheets.  Cookies should be about 3 inches apart.&lt;br /&gt;4. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes in the preheated oven or until the edges are lightly toasted. Add butter and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs. Combine water and vinegar tofether and add in the flour mixture gradually. Mix in medium speed and just until the dough is formed. Chill for 30 minutes, then roll in a flat surface.  Cut the dough and mold in a pie pan, bake for 30minutes at 350 degrees farenheight.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;To make the custard&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Combine milk, salt and vanilla on a pan and cook until it boils. Using an electric mixer, whisk egg yolk and sugar until pale yellow then gradually add in cornstarch and half of the milk mixture.  Pour this into the remaining milk mixture and continue to cook until it forms into a custard.  Turn off the heat and mix in the butter.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Combine the sliced banana with the custart and pour it into the pie. Yeast Mixture&lt;br /&gt;In a lukewarm water, dissolve 1 tsp sugar, 1 ½ tbsp yeast, leave and let it rise until doulbe in size.&lt;br /&gt;Mix 2 cups of All Purpose Flour&lt;br /&gt;Add ¾ Evaporated Milk plus ¼ cup hot water(combine first before adding to yeast mixture)&lt;br /&gt;Blend well and let is rise till double in mixture&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;II. Sift flour&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Mix the brown sugar well&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Pour in the oil, beaten eggs and tuba&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Coat the mixer bowl with oil ,put the dough&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; in the mixer at speed 2 for 10 minutes&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;5. Divide the dough into 4, put it in the container with banana leaves&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;6. Wait for 5 hours for dough to rise, brush the top with egg(to get that golden brown color)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;7. Bake for 30minutes, and another 3 minutes with heat at the top&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;8.
