Cheese Roll

Ingredients:
1 cup Lukewarm Water
1 tsp Sugar
1 ¼ cup Sugar
2 tsp Rock Salt
1 ½ tbsp Yeast
6 cups Flour
¾ cup Evaporated Milk
¾ cup Butter
5 pcs Egg yolks
2 boxes Cheese ( 1 box cut into 14 pcs)


I. Yeast Mixture
In a lukewarm water, dissolve 1 tsp sugar, 1 ½ tbsp yeast, leave and let it rise until doulbe in size.
Mix 2 cups of All Purpose Flour
Add ¾ Evaporated Milk plus ¼ cup hot water(combine first before adding to yeast mixture)
Blend well and let is rise till double in mixture

II. Cream
In a different bowl, cream ¾ cup butter
Mix in 1 ¼ cup sugar, 2 tsp rock salt, and 5 eggyolks
Add gradually 6 cups all purpose flour, and yeast mixture
Mix well, let it rise till double in bulk.

Cut and divide dough into 28 pcs, knead into a circle, put cheese in the center, roll and fold on the sides. Let it rest for one and half hour in a baking pan.

Then Bake it for 15 to 20 minutes

Cool, brush butter and sprinkle sugar
