Baked Fish

1 cut Fish Fillet
1 tbsp Butter salted
1 tbsp Garlic chopped
2 pcs Tomato Chopped
pinch Parsley
Salt and Pepper
Foil

1. Heat Oven 220 degrees celcius.
2. Clean the fish, rub with ginger.
3. Lay the fish on the Foil and sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper, front and back;
4. Put Garlic, tomatoes and parsley over the fish, and wrapped it with the foil
5. Baked it 20minutes, serve hot.


Tips:
Fish fillet can be pugapo(grouper), Dorie, Lamonlamon, Lanuso
