Pan Tuba

Ingredients:
1 kl flour
1 1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 cup oil
2 eggs
3 cups tuba
banana leaves(optional)

Procedure:
1. Sift flour
2. Mix the brown sugar well
3. Pour in the oil, beaten eggs and tuba
4. Coat the mixer bowl with oil ,put the dough in the mixer at speed 2 for 10 minutes
5. Divide the dough into 4, put it in the container with banana leaves
6. Wait for 5 hours for dough to rise, brush the top with egg(to get that golden brown color)
7. Bake for 30minutes, and another 3 minutes with heat at the top
8. Remove from heat and put the container above the damp cloth, cover the bread with a dry cloth for 15 minutes.

Tips:
Tuba should be sweet and use immediately, it will become sour after a day.
No need for yeast, this bread uses the tuba to rise.
