Pistachio chips

65 grams powdered sugar
65 grams flour
2 egg whites
65 grams butter
1 acetate paper (cut a circle)

1. Shift the powdered sugar and the flour
2. In a mixer, mix in the egg whites and butter
3. Put the acetate in the baking sheet, then spread in the batter
4. bake until some are golden brown
5. put atop of the roller to have a bent.
